Eligibility for the Buyer Promise requires the item to be unworn, in its delivered condition, and with the StockX tag still attached. Sellers typically have two full business days (three for new releases; five for Supreme items) to complete the shipment. The process is expedited for customers who opt for Xpress Ship. Xpress Ship items are pre-verified and stored at Verification Centers, ensuring they are shipped within three business days of placing the order.
