Return Policy
PetSmart provides full refunds on the cost of an item returned within 60 days of purchase. To make a return in-store, bring the item in its original packing with the receipt, shipping confirmation or packing slip as proof of purchase.

Alternatively, you can return an item by mail using the return shipping label provided. Note that you must cover your own shipping costs for mail-in returns.

If you don’t have a receipt or are making a return after 60 days, PetSmart may issue a store credit for the most recent sale amount.

Loyalty Program
The PetSmart free loyalty program is called PetSmart Treats. Treats lets members earn points on qualifying products and services purchased from PetSmart stores, the PetSmart website or the PetSmart app. In addition, Treats allows members to earn points for donating to PetSmart charities. Points can be redeemed for products and pet services.

The program hooks up members with one free Doggie Day Camp session for every 10 sessions purchased, plus exclusive deals and discounts. In addition, Treats gives members a surprise gift on their pet’s birthday.

Price Matching
PetSmart will match prices in-store if you present proof of an identical product at a competitor's store or website at a lower price. PetSmart stores will also price match their own website, as long as the identical product is in stock.

Note that PetSmart offers price matching only on regular-price items. The retailer does not price match on sales; buy one, get one discounts; clearance items; or for products purchased on Amazon, eBay and auction sites.

Birthday Discounts
PetSmart offers a free gift to members of their Treats loyalty program on their pet’s birthday.

Store Pickup
PetSmart offers both in-store and contact-free curbside pickup on qualifying online orders. To place an order for curbside pickup, select “in-store pickup” and choose your local store.

In most cases, you can pick up your order the same day or the following day if all items are in stock. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email alert.

When picking up the order, you can head inside the store and go to a register to have a sales rep retrieve your order. Alternatively, if you prefer contactless curbside pickup, you can wait inside your vehicle in the parking lot. Once you are parked, you can let the store know you have arrived by phone call or via the PetSmart app. Once you’ve alerted the store, a sales rep will bring your order out and load it into your vehicle.
